Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a federal law that prohibits sex discrimination in education. 它写着:

Wake Technical 社区 College adheres to all federal, state and local civil rights laws prohibiting discrimination in 就业 and education. The college does not discriminate in its admissions practices (except as permitted by law), in its 就业 practices or in its educational programs or activities 以性别为基础.
As a recipient of federal financial assistance for education activities, the college is required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 to ensure that all its education programs and activities do not discriminate 以性别为基础. 性包括性别, 性别刻板印象, 性别认同, 性别表达, sexual orientation and pregnancy or parenting status.

Any person may report sex discrimination, whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to have experienced the conduct, 在人, 通过邮件, 通过电话, 通过视频或电子邮件, using the contact information listed for the Title IX coordinator. A report may be made at any time, including during non-business hours, by email and telephone.
